Allahyarham telah menghembuskan nafas terakhir di Hospital Selayang, Selangor jam 10.18 tadi.
Mesej Twitter pembantunya dihantar lapan minit lalu (jam 10.19 malam).
Dalam mesej keluarga allahyarham yang dihantar menerusi Facebook memberitahu:
[keluarga] Innalillahiwainnailaihirojiun.Dr. Lo'lo' baru menghembuskan nafasnya yang terakhir. Jenazah sedang diusahakan untuk dibawa ke Masjid Al-Akram, Dato' Keramat.

Titiwangsa MP Lo' Lo' dies
PAS MP for Titiwangsa Dr Lo Lo Ghazali passed away on Sunday night, finally succumbing to lung cancer.
She had been receiving treatment at the Hospital Selayang in Selangor.
Her family was by her side and a large group of PAS supporters had also gathered to pray for her.
"Dr Lo Lo has just breathed her last," said a tweet from Docmarjan, the name of her Twitter account that her family had used to inform her friends and supporters.
It must have been saddest tweet from Docmarjan.
No by-election
Born on August 2, 1957, Lo' Lo shares the same birth month as the nation.
She was just a fortnight away from her 54th birthday.
The PAS leader is a medical graduate of University Kebangsaan Malaysia and a first-term MP.
She is well-regarded in Malaysia's political circles for her intelligence and astuteness.
The late Lo Lo will certainly be missed by her party.
She was considered to be among a new breed of powerful PAS women leaders, capable of routing the well-established Wanita UMNO led by Shahrizat Jalil.
Around lunch time, speculation buzzed around the Pakatan Rakyat circles that she had succumbed to her illness.
But that proved to be false.
At that time she was still receiving medical treatment in the ICU at Hospital Selayang.
Despite her untimely death, there will be no by-election because the 3-year timeline has passed.
The seat will be supervised her party colleagues.
PAS may also appoint a special representative who will likely contest the seat in the next general election.
Dr. Lo' Lo' meninggal dunia sebentar tadi
Ahli parlimen Titiwangsa, Dr Lo'Lo Mohd Ghazali menghembuskan nafas terakhir di Hospital Selayang sebentar tadi.
Jenazah beliau kini sedang diusahakan untuk dibawa ke Masjid Al-Akram, Dato Keramat.
Perkara itu disahkan oleh Ketua Dewan Muslimat PAS Pusat, Siti Zailah Mohd Yusof ketika dihubungi Harakahdaily.
Maklumat berkenaan kematian itu juga turut dimuatkan pada laman Facebook dan Twitter Allahyarhamah atas nama keluarga.
Beliau sebelum ini menerima rawatan akibat kanser.
Dalam respon awal, Mursyidul Am PAS, Tuan Guru Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat menyifatkan Allahyarhamah seorang yang istiqamah berjuang untuk Islam sehingga akhir hayat.
"Saya dimaklumkan oleh keluarga terdekat almarhumah Dr Lo' Lo', MP PAS Titiwangsa tentang pemergian beliau sebentar tadi.
"Semoga Allah merahmati rohnya dan ditempatkan bersama orang-orang yang soleh. Beliau seorang yang istiqomah berjuang untuk Islam hingga ke saat akhir hayatnya," tulisnya di Facebook.
Ketua Dewan Pemuda PAS, Nasrudin Hassan pula menyifatkan Allahyarhamah seorang tokoh pejuang Islam yang tabah.
"PAS dan rakyat sebentar tadi kehilangan tokoh pejuang Islam yg tabah apabila sbentar td Dr Lo' Lo' telah kembali ke rahmatillah.. Al Faatiihah." tulisnya di Twitter.
